REFORGER演習
REFORGER是部隊重返德國(REturn of FORces to GERmany)的簡寫。REFORGER演習是冷戰其間北約的年度演習。演習旨在確保北約能在不得不與華約發生衝突的情況下,快速部署部隊到西德。REFORGER演習開始於1969年。除1989年外,REFORGER演習每年持續舉行,直到1993年冷戰結束為至。
