帕里陨石坑（Parry）是月球正面位于知海东侧的一座古老大撞击坑，约形成于39.2-38.5亿年前的酒海纪[1]，其名称取自英国北极探险家威廉·爱德华·帕里爵士（William Edward Parry，1790年-1855年），1935年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

该陨坑的西北壁与弗拉·毛罗环形山相接壤，西侧及西北连接了邦普朗环形山，托兰斯基陨石坑坐落在它的南面，而它的东面则是知海[2]。该陨坑中心月面坐标为7°53′S 15°47′W / 7.88°S 15.78°W / -7.88; -15.78，直径47.28公里[3]，深度2.31公里[4]。
帕里陨石坑是一座已被淹没的残存撞击坑，外观呈多边形状，坑壁已严重磨损且与邻陨相交侧略有变形。陨坑露出于月海表面的壁顶构成了一圈由山脊、山峰和狭窄的山谷及通道组成的断环，其中最醒目的是它高约1500米的西侧壁[5]，而西北端一小段是弗拉·毛罗环形山、邦普朗环形山和帕里陨石坑三者交汇区，陨坑西南壁横跨了卫星坑帕里 B，南侧壁上则坐落了一座反照率较周边区域更亮的小陨坑。帕里陨石坑内部已被熔岩覆盖，表面相对平坦，中心处是二座微型坑，一条东北走向的月溪横贯了东南壁，然后向东穿过东侧壁进入周边的月海。
