《美利堅合眾國法典》（全稱：Code of Laws of the United States of America[1]，簡稱：Code of Laws of the United States、United States Code、U.S. Code或U.S.C.，中文簡稱：美國法典）是美国全部联邦法律的官方汇编法典。共52卷，[2]另已提出2卷的撰寫計劃。[3]眾議院法律修正意见办公室（Office of the Law Revision Counsel）每六年出版一次該法典的完全版，但每年亦有增補。[4][5]一些未被美國法典收錄的法律見於《美國法規大全》。
早期对美国国会法律的法典彙編都由私人机构进行。1874年1月22日，美国国会开始进行官方法典彙編活动。1926年，国会正式开始制定《美国法典》。
