偏口蛤科（學名：Chamidae），亦作猿頭蛤科，是偏口蛤總科（學名：Chamoidea）之下的唯一一個科，是海洋中一個双壳纲软体动物的分類。舊屬帘蛤目[1]，自2016年起改屬不等齒總目之下的目地位未定群組[2][3]。
